My friend Jacob Early and I spent a few hours working on a demo of a song I wrote recently. It's my first attempt at pre-production. The process by which I will demo several songs and determine whether they will make the final cut, which I hope is a new full-length album to accompany my new book. That said, this song needs some re-working lyrically and some production. But I think we captured its spirit.

The lyrics below are the final version. The version recorded is slightly different.
